They started roasting in 2014 in a former Central Bohemian village forge, which they gradually rebuilt into its present form for the purposes of the roastery. Now, after years of gaining experience and knowledge, BeanSmith's coffee is roasted on the American Loring roaster, which is synonymous with expensive but precisely made and perfectly thought out technology.
