Dos Mundos means "Two Worlds" in Spanish. Two worlds because the roastery is where the world of green coffee meets the world of roasted coffee, and the roastery chose the Spanish name because Spanish is spoken in most of the countries where coffee is grown.
At Dos Mundos roastery, they try to continuously improve, they travel the world to get inspired, they try a lot of new things in coffee brewing, they follow important personalities, they compete, they prepare news for customers. And they really enjoy it. Their goal is to offer really great coffee. Their philosophy is to make the coffee perfect in front of the end consumer. That's why they train baristas not only at our company, but at all buyers. It's not a big roastery and their capacity is limited, so they have no need to sell their coffee to anyone. So they work with people who have the drive, passion, desire and energy to take exclusive coffee one step further.
