Compared to the previous Classic Plus version, Classic EVO 3 has major improvements:

• Filter holder : made entirely of stainless steel, which increases durability
• Coffee maker head : The coffee maker head is made of brass silite CW510 containing 58% copper. The material thus has better thermal properties while maintaining strength and durability. The head is also sealed in a neoprene protective case.
• Boiler and pump : the boiler is covered with a layer of special anti-corrosion material, thanks to which the life of the boiler is extended, and at the same time it does not reduce its performance.
