Grinder Eureka Mignon Zero 15BL

The Italian electric grinder Eureka Mignon Zero is an improved version of an older model that was designed for espresso, but is also suitable for coarser grinds of alternative coffee preparations. This model also features a "hands-free" fork, a sturdy metal body and the ACE system.

The hands-free adjustable fork is a practical feature. Simply insert the lever of the coffee machine into it, press the button and the grinder will grind your exact dose ( up to 45 g) without lumps or electrification thanks to the ACE system.

The grind is consistent and relatively fast - for espresso it reaches a speed of 1.2 - 1.8 g/1s, while for filter coffee it offers a quality grind at 1.9 - 2.5 g/1s. This is all thanks to the 55mm flat steel grinding stones.

The great advantage of the grinder is the technology called"zero retention", i.e. no residual coffee remains after grinding. By squeezing the top rubber part, all the coffee can be blown into the included container.

The Eureka Mignon Zero grinder is also very easy to care for. The grinding chamber can be accessed by unscrewing just 4 screws.
