Father's Coffee Roastery
Favorite Categories: Selective Coffee
Father's Coffee Roastery was founded in 2018 in Ostrava. The roastery focuses on every detail of its roasting process and quality is its number one priority. Its range of exclusive coffees is regularly renewed by new harvests from all over the world. They roast on an American-made five-pound IR-5 roaster from Diedrich Roasters. The owners also have experience as baristas and have worked, for example, at Berlin's Five Elefants. Father's Coffee Roastery is a well-known Czech coffee roastery and has gradually built a reputation as one of the leading coffee producers in the Czech Republic. This success is mainly based on the careful selection of coffee beans from different parts of the world and their quality roasting, which ensures the excellent taste characteristics of their coffee. Father's Coffee places great emphasis on sustainability and ethics in the coffee trade, which includes supporting fair trade and environmentally friendly coffee growing methods. In addition to roasting coffee, the company also engages in training and educational programs in coffee culture and barista skills.
