Roastery Kafe Francin was established in 2016 in the part of Prague - Malešice. Roasting took place in an open cafe in Holešovice for a while, but as the roastery has grown and thrived, roasting continues in the larger Malšice premises to this day. The roastery takes pride in roasting only select coffee and specialty coffee (clear origin, hand picking and high quality of coffee beans).
