The farm La Alquimia and the mill Cerro San Luis Micromill are the family business of siblings Alexander and Magali Delgado. It is located in the region of Grecia , Costa Rica. Four years ago they decided to improve the quality of their coffee and replaced the older coffee trees with more than ten varieties such as Caturra , Bourbon , SL-28, Catuai and others.

Every step in coffee processing is carefully controlled . After harvesting, the cherries are dehulled and the coffee beans are dried first on raised beds, then on a covered terrace where they are rotated regularly. This precise process guarantees coffee of the highest quality .

Cerro San Luis Micromill is a symbol of family tradition, innovation and commitment to excellence. It produces less than 1,000 bags of coffee per year , carefully separating microlots according to processing and variety. This approach has earned it a unique position in the premium coffee market, where each cup reflects tradition and passion.
